CRM for small business…

Awhile ago I had a conversation with someone that included a discussion about CRM for SMEs. The person I was talking to laughed and sad quite plainly that SMEs don’t use CRM.

Now I don’t entirely agree with that claim, knowing as I do a number of SMEs who do use one or another CRM systems, but notwithstanding that, I had to chuckle when reading Andrew’s blog which passed me onto the site of Table Top CRM.

While somewhat tongue in cheek (well pretty much totally), it is a timely reminder that, when it comes to software deployments,  better to look at what we should do rather than what we can do.
