These days it is more important to serve up what people want immediately then watch them leave happy, rather than have them hanging around or 'navigating' our site (page views can be irelevant and misleading). Sorry, a little off-topic but the stickiness word set me off. As for facebook - I still don't know why I am there. I doubt I will feel nostalgia for the term 'You've been poked'.
