		<description>that was harsh!  anyway, as a quickbooks user myself i wonder if what you really meant to ask about was their customer service? the application is quite robust, and while it does have some just plain dumb features ( i was surprised to learn that transaction auditing can be disabled by any user, or example), the real problem  i have had is getting  answers to simple questions.
