In the SaaS industry – you snooze, you lose… SaaS credability = time in market + proven customer retention (not flash new offering)
I have worked in creating nice SOA interfaces on the top of SAP for 6 years and recently moved to the SaaS industry.
Unless SAP is reinventing itself, I don’t think they will offer real SaaS. However, they will just sell it as SaaS certainly.
