SAP no SaaS…

News from ZDNet that SAP Business by Design may be delayed until the end of 2009.

Yet another breathing spell offered to salesforce, netsuite and the ther SaaS vendors.

    In the SaaS industry – you snooze, you lose… SaaS credability = time in market + proven customer retention (not flash new offering)

  2. I have worked in creating nice SOA interfaces on the top of SAP for 6 years and recently moved to the SaaS industry.

    Unless SAP is reinventing itself, I don’t think they will offer real SaaS. However, they will just sell it as SaaS certainly.
