  1. I love this! Right now this could not be more true. A leader should be responsible for creating the right environment, support, and resources to help the organizations employees to be successful and to do the right thing. That is where the real value of the leadership comes in. I believe that had, for instance, BP had a system such as this setup then the employees would not have been worried about reporting issues and making suggestions for improvements that could have prevented what I think will go down in history as the worst oil spill ever.
