Amazon Web Services is undoubtedly the best known and most dominant public cloud provider – it essentially invented the public cloud and has gone on to not only dominate the market, but also continuously innovate to reinvent what public cloud means. Heck, it’s even been audacious enough to bid for, and win, the massive CIA contract and have it’s CEO, Jeff Bezos, utter the previously banned words, private cloud.
