CRM is a really valuable tool that only now has become available to those on the smaller end of the business spectrum.

  • Good blog. CRM software is a key aspect in small to medium sized businesses and can be a useful tool if contains the right features to help with marketing and lead generation. The fact of it being web-based is the best part!

  • I’ve just tried having a look at Zoho’s offerings. The response times of their website is too slow. I will probably not go back there. Steve.
