A buddy sent me a link to this post – seems the MS dynamics CRM gang are thinking mashup also and talk about a Facebook/CRM interface where Facebook profiles are populated into your CRM.
Of course it begs some questions about social-centric information appearing in a business-centric context but that question is right to be begged. The future will not involve distinct social and business spaces – rather everything will be coloured in shades of grey. Don’t be in a hurry to create alter-egos people. they might just get found out!
