Air New Zealand has Grab A Seat, a site which has bargain priced, but limited numbered, domestic air trips.
Dan Fowlie, fellow Cantabrian, has come up with a Google gadget for Grab A Seat which allows users to select their locale and the latest cheap flight appear on their iGoogle start page.
I know people that look at the Grab A Seat page first thing every morning and this gadget means they can ge their fxt right from their homepage.
The gadget is available at the link below;
Sweet. Thanks Ben
http://www.binformed.co.nz – emails you grab a seat every morning.

Just to throw another option into the mix… check out http://grabaseatnotifier.gregbrown.co.nz – you can choose which cities you’re interested in and it’ll only email when there’s matching flights. Much better than having your inbox spammed every morning!
Its only spam if you didn’t ask for it.
On the contrary, Matthew, it’s spam if it’s unwanted, pointless, or unnecessarily frequent. I’d consider anything that emails me every day whether it has something useful to say or not to be spamming.
I don’t have anything against dealspotter, binformed etc – I just think that my website provides a much more useful service.
Cheers 🙂
Another option if you’re looking to get the scoop on Grabaseat. Select just the cities you’re interested in, or get the lot and get an email whenever Air New Zealand release a Grabaseat deal.

NZ biggest deal website for Travel ishttp://seeya.co.nz/ They have filters so only the deals you want from Air New Zealands Grab a seat and Pacific Blue are emailed to you. Also other cheap flight deals and cheap hotels come on their weekly Steals and Deals newsletter. Enjoy
If you have an iphone or itouch – get the “Sweetdeal” app from the appstore. It even lets you set up alerts and sends you a message for flights you want when they come up. It’s really cool cause you don’t have to bother looking yourself anymore.
