I don’t normally comment much on politics but this one I couldn’t resist.
Seems a bunch of soon-to-retire MPs are taking a taxpayer funded trip to Europe (junket you say?). One of those MPs is Katherine Rich who only recently announced her retirement from politics sighting concerns about being away from a young family as being the main reason for her decision.
So three weeks on a slap-up trip to Europe is somehow less impactful than a couple of late nights in Parliament?
