Some interesting quotes, for all of us but especially Rod;
“a new vendor will emerge and dominate the accounting systems market. It will be well-written global software with a single code set, one development team, one support team, giving it massive economies of scale”
“no evidence that the vendors who have been in the market for the last 20 years are going to do anything to accelerate their slow but steady growth….If somebody like Salesforce.com brought out really decent mid-market accounting software they could do really well”
No mention of Xero but this kind of press plays right into their hands.
Now what was that share price doing?!
