Attachments are a pain – version issues, bandwidth hassles and timing constraints conspire to create a preference (in my mind anyway) for emails with a requirement to view a file to come with a link not an attachment.
Google docs is making this easier and now a new products offers an options. Check out Zoho and let me know if it helps you as a user in any way….
