An interesting post here by Wil – the gist of which is that startup founders never sleep but relentlessly pursue the business opportunity.

While Wil has a very good point in terms of focus I do wonder where all this leaves work/life balance?

I know all the comments questioning why people need balance if they love what they do. I love what I do but I also love my family, my recreational pursuits, hanging out with the animals at home and spending some quality time on the tractor. Myopic focus on my businesses would not allow for these other, equally pleasing vocations.

I reckon there is a strong case for balance in their somewhere.

Thoughts anyone????
