Small business expo

By Ben Kepes

Most of you will have seen this but for those who haven’t….. Sarah Trotman & Associates is running a small business expo in Auckland, Wellington and Christchruch over the next few months.

All three expos share the same three day format and there looks to be some very valuable stuff in there for micro and small businesses.

My (admittedly complimentary) ticket had the statement that the expo was an “opportunity to take some time out to work ON your business rather than IN it” a theme which is very much close to my heart and is a recurring theme in my discussions and writign.

I’d encourage every SME owner or budding entrepreneur to attend one of the expos – at $20 it’s a pretty small investment really!

I’ll be posting entries from the Christchurch expo so stay tuned – August 29, 30 and 31 2007.
